At Chua and Lee Associates, we’re more than just accountants — we’re your business partners. Founded in 2020 by a team of former Big 4 professionals, our firm was built on a shared goal: to help small businesses grow.

We know what it’s like to be on both sides of the table — working with large corporations and starting something of our own. That’s why we’re passionate about supporting entrepreneurs and business owners who want to take their next big step with confidence.

Our story

We learned our craft inside the best firms in the world — then built one for the businesses they rarely serve.

Between us, the founders of Chua & Lee bring close to a decade of combined Big 4 experience — auditing multinationals, advising listed boards, leading IPO readiness, and partnering with international tax teams across APAC.

We learned what rigour looks like. We also learned what it costs. For a small or mid-sized Singapore business — the founder-led F&B group, the growing SaaS startup, the family-run manufacturing firm — the same depth of advice is often priced out of reach. So the work gets farmed out, the knowledge leaks, and the quality suffers.

We started Chua & Lee to close that gap. A firm small enough that a partner answers your call, technical enough that nothing slips through, and commercial enough to understand that behind every set of accounts is a real business trying to grow.

That commitment has grown us to a team of professionals who now serve more than 150 SMEs across Singapore — across audit, tax, accounting, corporate secretarial and advisory mandates.

Chua Quheng — Co-Founder of Chua and Lee Associates LLP

Co-Founder

Chua Quheng

Quheng is the Co-Founder of Chua and Lee Associates LLP, with over a decade of professional experience in audit, accounting, and tax advisory. He began his career at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he managed and performed audits across a wide range of industries, including REITs, shipping, oil and gas, technology, and engineering. His portfolio includes listed companies and IPO engagements, providing him with strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of regulatory and financial reporting requirements.

In addition to audit, Quheng was seconded to the Data Analytics team at Deloitte, where he supported clients in organising complex datasets and deriving actionable insights to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. He is also an Accredited Tax Practitioner, offering clients practical tax solutions alongside financial and compliance services.
